In 1998\, she launched Dramatic Conclusions\, a consulting firm providing leadership and management support. She has worked with clients in 50 states\, Australia\, New Zealand\, Mexico\, Canada\, the Virgin Islands\, and Europe\, and is the author of three books\, The Essential Handbook for First-Time Managers\, The Two-Minute Tune-Up\, The Miracle I Almost Missed\, three screenplays\, and numerous articles and webinars. Her new book\, soon to be released is The How-To-Be-Happy-at-Work Handbook: Drama-Free Strategies for Successfully Dealing with Bosses\, Coworkers\, and Bad Days.\n\nShe has served as an officer and board member for the Writer's Garret\, the Rotary Club of Park Cities\, and the Oak Cliff YMCA\, and Brookhaven Country Club. She is a past member of the Dallas Chapter of Women in Film and the Dallas Producer's Association\, and current member of Women Business Council Southwest (WBCS).
